Captain Jeff, I sure had a great time fishing and staying in Kenosha. I liked you, your boat, and the town. All six of us enjoyed the whole deal. I know I signed your guest book, but as I sat here in my office this Monday July 16, with a belly full of that King salmon and a cold Bud for lunch, I just had to let you know that I will return as much as possible, and that damn fish taste's good. We got into St. Louis yesterday at about 6:00 pm, and by about 7:00 pm I had some salmon on the grill. It was the best I have had, and I eat a fair amount of salmon. Four of the five other guys have been on a chartered trip before, but myself and one other guy have never been . So this was some of the freshest salmon I have had. Once again, great work. Jeff, I wanted to take a moment and thank you both very much for the wonderful day of fishing. You made the effort of catching sixteen fish look easy. Even though fishing is pretty much being on the right spot at the right time (luck), you demonstrated your expertise ( knowledge of the area, water depths, temperature, trolling speed, lures, etc. ) to find us biting fish. The level of passion, enthusiasm and professionalism you showed us, is seldom found in and amongst your colleagues - Thank You!! Despite a few of us having been sleepy, everyone really enjoyed themselves. My Dad indicated of all the charters he as been on, your equipment ( boat, rods, reels and lures ) is the best he has encountered. I'll look forward to booking with you at least two more times before the season is over. We grilled up the salmon yesterday... it was very very good. If you think of it, I'd like a copy of the recipe book you mentioned your association put together. Thanks Again!!
